Changing or canceling your plan

How upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and billing changes work.

You can change or cancel your AgentsCard plan as your business changes. Here is what to expect.

Changing plans

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

To upgrade or downgrade your subscription, go to billing settings in the AgentsCard dashboard and click "Manage Subscription" to change your plan.

Upgrades usually take effect right away, with any billing adjustment prorated based on the time left in your current billing period. Downgrades usually take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Canceling your plan

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your plan will stay active through the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until then.

To cancel, go to billing settings in the AgentsCard dashboard and click "Manage Subscription" to cancel your subscription.

A few things to know:

  • Your plan renews automatically until you cancel.

  • Canceling stops the next renewal.

  • You keep access through the period you already paid for.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial months or unused time, except where required by law.

After you cancel

After cancellation, your microsite and paid features will no longer be active once your billing period ends.
